    What are the best ways to promote the SaaS platforms and get feedback from clients?

    I am working on a SaaS-based platform( BotPenguin). I want your suggestion on how can I promote a startup that works well and what is the best way to get feedback from customers so that I can improve my product

    Find potential early adopters, do cold outreach (e.g. email) asking for a customer interview, get on a video conferencing call with them, do a Solution Validation Interview.

Here are some leads: - List your startup on plateforms such as BetaList, BetaPage, Capterra...) - Participate to the relevant communities (Indie Hackers, PH, - Post regularly on social media, create a newsletter, be consistent. For customer feedback, create an onboarding campaign and collect customer feedback via a survey. This is not much but I hope this helps!

For customer feedback, create an onboarding campaign and collect customer feedback via a survey.--- This is what I want to work on If you can refer something where I can learn the best campaign for Customer Feedback.
