Pomodoro is probably the best one I have found yet. 30 mins work 2 mins musics. After 4 sessions like that, allow yourself one episode of a sitcom..just 1 and then grind again

Setting specific goals for each task can be really helpful to manage your time and prevent wastage. I'd also suggest keeping your goals short so that you'll be able to accomplish them every day. This can make you feel more obligated to your work. I hope this helps. Btw, I'm also launching soon my first product! Personally, I've found that the most effective and proven time management techniques involve prioritization, goal-setting, and scheduling. By identifying and focusing on high-priority tasks, setting clear goals, and creating a schedule or to-do list, I can stay organized and make the most of my time. It's also important to eliminate distractions, delegate when possible, and take breaks to maintain productivity and avoid burnout. Remember, finding what works best for you may require experimentation and adaptation, but investing in effective time management can greatly enhance your productivity and help you achieve your goals.
As someone who has struggled with time management in the past, I've tried various techniques to help me stay on track and be more productive. Here are some of the most effective techniques that have worked for me: Prioritization: As a startup, we have many tasks that need to be completed. Prioritizing these tasks based on their importance and urgency helps us stay focused on what needs to be done. For example, if we have a looming product launch deadline, we'll prioritize tasks related to that over other tasks that can wait. Time blocking: With so many responsibilities, it's easy to get overwhelmed and distracted. Time blocking has been incredibly helpful in ensuring that we stay focused and get everything done. For example, I'll block off a few hours in the morning for content writing and another few hours in the afternoon for financial planning. This helps me stay on track and avoid distractions. Pomodoro Technique: When I'm feeling unmotivated or distracted, I'll use the Pomodoro Technique to help me stay focused. This involves working for 25 minutes and then taking a 5-minute break. After four Pomodoros, I'll take a longer break. This technique has been incredibly helpful in ensuring that I'm making progress on tasks even when I'm not feeling particularly motivated.

Priority based tasks (urgent/important eisenhower matrix) certainly ironed out some issues for me. I do believe however that a combination of tools and techniques along with employee training can go a long way. We use 15 minute time fragments for deep work with small breaks along with hansei process for correction. Different organizations however apply different techniques based on the company environment and group dynamics and the type of operations

There are many different time management techniques, and the most effective ones may vary depending on individual preferences and work styles. However, here are some of the most proven and effective time management techniques that can help you be more productive and efficient: Prioritization: Prioritize your tasks based on importance and urgency. Focus on the most critical tasks first, and tackle them before moving on to lower-priority tasks. Time blocking: Block out specific periods of time for different tasks or projects. This helps you focus on one task at a time and minimizes distractions. Pomodoro Technique: Work for a set amount of time, such as 25 minutes, and then take a short break. This can help you stay focused and avoid burnout. To-do lists: Create a to-do list for each day and check off tasks as you complete them. This can help you stay organized and motivated. Elimination: Eliminate distractions and time-wasting activities, such as social media or unnecessary meetings. This frees up more time for important tasks. Time audits: Conduct a time audit to see how you're currently spending your time. This can help you identify areas where you're wasting time and find opportunities for improvement. Delegation: Delegate tasks to others when possible. This frees up more time for you to focus on higher-priority tasks. By implementing these time management techniques, you can make the most of your time, stay focused on important tasks, and achieve greater productivity and efficiency.
