Hey hunters. I'd like to know if you have any struggles starting your new project. What stage make you feel uncomfortable every time? (Idea, validation, building, or marketing)

To find extra time to validate and build the product if you have a full-time job :D
For me it's just time - as a Dad of 3 working full time it's hard to find enough time to work on things!

It would be best if you had maximum involvement: there is a minimal chance that you will be able to run a successful startup and work in parallel. Correctly assess your risks and the mood within the team: it may not work the first time. It is essential to believe in the product and yourself. There are known examples of startups with exciting and correct ideas that go bust because of a lack of faith in the project. When faced with difficulties, faith will help the team move forward and not give up.

For me, the biggest issue is marketing, like how many users need this feature? What should I do to let the people who need it know about my product? How should I keep the product growing?

Marketing is definitely the hardest aspect for me. To me, coding and development are more binary - your product either works or does not. Marketing on the other hand is not as straightforward, you won't know if you are heading in the right direction immediately. The feedback loop is definitely longer.
