I use a mix of tools to handle side projects, like Trello for task management, Slack for team communication, and GitHub for version control, but Trello is my favorite because of its easy-to-use layout and freedom when it comes to organizing tasks and processes.

Honestly, just Google Docs/Sheets or Notion.
The idea is making it completely free until you have something solid. If you have revenue and need in the future to onboard some team members, then you can decide on an alternative (fix it only when it's a problem :P ).
