    - Brain.fm music - Noise cancelling headphones/earphones - Alternate between sitting and standing (need a sit/stand desk for that) - Coffee (don't use too much) - Blue light glasses so you're eyes don't tire - Dark mode on in the evening/night + some light behind your monitor - Have a glass/bottle of water near you - Turn off all unnecessary notifications on phone/laptop - Good night's sleep - But most important: love the thing you're doing

I would suggest minimize multi-tasking, create a to-do list of priorities and consider using a time-blocking method like the Pomodoro technique. Breaks are important to stay focused — try a time-blocking technique. And listen to the right music, I love listening to lofi when I work, really gets me in monk mode.

As a tech enthusiast involved in startup life, I swear by setting specific goals for each work session, taking short breaks to recharge, and implementing the Pomodoro technique to stay focused and productive. What tricks do you use to keep distractions at bay during your work hours?
