KPIs, or Key Performance Indicators, are metrics used to measure the success of an organization, project, or individual. While setting goals is a topic in itself, monitoring them is equally important, if not more so. What do you think?

Our main KPIs revolve around customer satisfaction and product engagement, which we track through NPS scores and active daily users respectively. By leveraging tools like Google Analytics for user behavior and conducting regular customer surveys, we ensure our metrics are both insightful and actionable.

Our main KPIs are user engagement, measured by active daily/weekly users, and customer acquisition cost (CAC) versus lifetime value (LTV) ratio. We track these through a combination of analytics tools like Google Analytics for user engagement and internal financial analysis for CAC/LTV.
