Here are mine:
- Identify your strengths and weaknesses
- Set achievable and specific goals
- Cultivate a growth mindset and positive self-talk
- Find accountability through support networks or a coach
- Embrace discomfort and take risks to learn and grow
- Practice self-care and manage stress to stay motivated and focused
- Stay open to feedback and adapt your approach as needed
- Celebrate your progress and reward yourself for milestones reached
- Continuously learn and seek new experiences to broaden your perspective
- Remember that personal growth is a journey, not a destination.

- Consistency
- Knowing what "success" in whatever area I'm trying to overcome/improve looks like
- Reflection (weekly) to see if I'm actually making progress - so basically a weekly point to measure progress
Like you said in your last point, understanding that perfection isn't necessary, I can screw up, pivot and still do well is monumental for me in long-term gains.
