Eat a healthy diet that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
Good question Matheus.
For me, it's exercise 3x a week, daily meditation, family time, and whisky-tasting.
Meditate or practice mindfulness exercises.
meditate/hiking/cold showers/play tennis/read books
