What do you prefer, startup or job, and why?

A startup! Even though you work harder, it’s way more fulfilling for me

Right now, I actually do both 😂 A job provides stability, allowing me to support the development of my startup on the side. And a startup is more dynamic, potentially more rewarding in the long term, and offers me the chance to work in a field I'm deeply passionate about, so I love it! But so far can't really commit to it 100%.
