When I'm stressed, I find that stepping away for a brisk walk or meditating for a few minutes really helps to clear my mind and reset. It's amazing how a little physical or mental break can significantly shift your perspective and reduce stress.

Strength training. For me it’s like running disk defrag on the brain to snap me back into the present. High stress, low stress, 200 pounds is always 200 pounds.

When I'm feeling stressed, I often find solace in nature, taking long walks to clear my mind and rejuvenate my spirit. It's amazing how a bit of fresh air and a change of scenery can provide a new perspective on things.
