What do you think about hybrid work model?

I benefit from a hybrid work model a lot. What are your opinions?

@zekiye_nur_kesici me too, I was on the same boat. Hybrid brings the best between individual flexibility and team collaboration IMHO.

I think it is great. By going to the office you can make some meaningful connections and grow your network and also for the rest of the days, you get the advantage of working from home.

As a fully remote worker, I prefer working hybrid. Because I gained 44 pounds while working remotely :DD It would be good to have a bit more movement in my life.

I think it is great and works wonderfully. Entire remote work or on-site work can become exhausting in the long run.

I think the hybrid work model can offer a great balance between the benefits of remote work and in-person collaboration. It allows for more flexibility and autonomy while still maintaining important social connections with coworkers.
