What do you think about the work at home? Both positive and negative aspects.

As for me, I can't find a single negative aspect. Only positives: huge savings in time, energy, and money on commuting, getting ready for work, and wasted time in the office.

I enjoy the flexible schedule, but it can lead to procrasitination.

Comfort and flexibility are great, though I miss office camaraderie.
