Currently, there are a ton of chatbots out there (mine included 🫠) and agents that can connect with different systems. What do you believe will be the next big thing in AI? I mean something that will involve a significant number of people. Of course, it's also possible that AI will continue to focus on chatbots and agents for an extended period.
