Hello everyone, I recently started a startup called Affistash, and I am struggling to find the right way to collect feedback form users. I tried tools like Survicate, but I feel like it's a bit expensive for what it offers, since it costs 100$/month. I also sent some emails where I offered 1 month free in exchange for a feedback, and I had pretty decent results with that too, but I feel like in that case the reviews might not be genuine in that case. Anyway, I wanted to see what you guys think about it, and hopefully we can spark a productive discussion about it. Cheers!

We just launched a Feedback widget, that uses GPT-3 to analyse User Feedback πŸ™ And we do have bunch of other sources, via which you can collect feedback from https://olvy.co/integrations

We have used Intercom, Survicate and right now we have moved to Hubspot and google forms for internal feedback. I think the important is not the tool but how you consolidate all the feedback and make it reachable for the whole company :)

You can create feedback forms with Decktopus, and it's much more affordable than other tools. You receive an email for every response and you can see the responses in one place & export them. Feel free to try it out!

I have faced the same issue in my startups. We've always found that a committed/ paying customer has much more to share than anyone else. We went after getting customer first and then building with them. @neeraj_kumar_n - your views?
