@murali_aasaan Where else do you find answers besides that? Do you have favourite sites, discussion platforms etc?
Brainstorming with peers and as @murali_aasaan rightly said research and customer interactions.
Random things. A walk in the forest. Reading a book. I find that new ideas often hit me when I'm not looking for them.

- Customer survey for feedback and new pain points we've missed..circle back to them with a feature or MVP
