I usually do running or taking a walk first
Hitting the gym. I make sure mornings are mine — so no work related tasks as much as possible.
@shariexyz That's amazing. I've realised over the years that I'm more of a gym after work sort of person. But envy those that can get themselves to the gym bright and early.
Monday mornings are a mix of coffee, energy, and a game plan to conquer the week ahead.
Sleepy...yet ready for the whole week to come.

Coffee and a bunch of to-do lists
Wake up at 10:00, cappuccino at bar near house, and then i do all that my computer tell me to do. This is the italian way.
Lots of coffee, check emails and Slack messages, run KPIs, and prepare tasks for the week.
Overwhelming, which is why I like to take it slow on Mondays
