What does a good creative brief entail?

If you were to break down the structure of a good creative brief, what do you think the components would be?
If there were a service that could make this process more collaborative between a client and a creative, what do you think would be the most important question(s) that each side should ask the other?

Interested to know if there is a product which does this. Would love to use if there is any.

I think one of the best things a client can do for a creative is to have a clear brief in order to help narrow the scope of the project..
I'll highlight a few.
* Brand story
* Brand Positioning
* Unique Value Proposition, Vision, and Mission
* Basic details (tagline, address, and useful details)
* Timeline
* Budget
A solid creative brief needs clear objectives, audience insights, brand positioning, and key messages. Also, don't forget the practical stuff - timeline, deliverables, and budget. The brief isn't just a roadmap, it's a tool to align everyone on what success looks like. So, clarity is king.
