The growth strategy can vary from product to product, but what influences it the most is often a matter of uncertainty. In your opinion, what is the most important factor that affects a product's growth? Is it the number of active users? The quality of the product or its comparison with competitors? Or is it marketing prowess? Apart from these, what do you consider the most important factor?

I think the most important KPI is actually retention. It will be hard and expensive to growth your product if you have high churn.
I think it’s all about your customers. It shows how much you have done before.

Growth, for me, is not just about boosting sales, it's about cultivating customer loyalty. Like what Amazon Prime achieved.
