Meditation! It helps me to stay focused and I'm more resistant against stress.

As much as I hate this answer: waking up at 5 am. I hate waking up early and I'm a night person but with two kids it's impossible to find some good stretches of time to focus. So, getting these couple of hours in the morning has actually given me disproportionally more results.

Moving gym to the morning. I never miss a morning gym session. If you work out in the afternoons or evenings, it's easy to end up missing it because new commitments come up or you have a really stressful day. There's nothing to derail you in the mornings

It is a simple habit but trying to find something I look forward to each day. This gives me a more positive outlook even when I am extremely stressed

Exercising and learning foreign languages. Especially communication barriers – I can speak to someone who is on the other side of the planet, and I have access to different thoughts, standpoints, and angles of view. More opportunities. :)

Unlearning biases ingrained through culture and religion has been crucial, as has overcoming the urge to judge others based on their beliefs or life choices. Learning to listen more and talk less has proven invaluable in managing people. Distancing myself from negativity has freed up time to foster relationships with friends and family and to engage in meaningful, positive work.
