What have one of your biggest regrets been in your career?

I personally don't regret anything. I try to have the mindset that says "there's no mistake to make, only lessons to learn"

I took jobs where the reward was left to luck and the discretion of the other party rather than my honest choice. While undecided, I left the decision to a party that made a choice I could not have made if they were in my shoes.
