2 month at home and a week in a office located over the ocean

Sounds perfect! As long as I can get to socialise with other people in person when I wfh. What's your current mode of working?

I typically do four days at home, one at a coffee shop or maybe at someone else's home. We're fully remote, but I need to clear my head with the change of surroundings and some company.

@sofya_narbut Oh that's a good routine. I also want to incorporate a work from a cafe day in my week. As soon as it is safer to do so. A change of surrounding sure helps. Btw apply looks like such a promising product and there's some awesome art direction on the marketing site 😍 I'd love to connect with you on twitter/slack.

@jaskiran_kaur thanks for sharing. What do you find most values in when working in office?
    Jaskiran Kaur
@rucha_joshi8 Most importantly people and then infrastructure. I feel if you are working in a comfortable environment, it is easy to focus.

3 days office, 2 days smart working could be great!

@rucha_joshi8 100% office, but I like it 😊 and you?

@trakti I am working 100% remote and will soon be moving to another time zone from team. I do like the idea of 2-3 months fully remote and the 1-2 weeks in office to connect with people and get some strategic work done in person.
I do about five / six hours behind a desk at least four days a week and the rest of the time I fill in with mobile. this forces me to do activities that are also social so I network with new potential investors etc.

@jason_neuman that's a really good strategy. I've often found myself sitting 10 straight hours in front of the screen. I am also figuring out ways to move around more - hiking on weekends when possible.

Hey! I work remotely - this is the best work schedule for me. But I would not mind coming to the office several times a month.

@antonovna thanks for sharing! what would you like to get done during your in-office time?

Hybrid working models are great especially with the post pandemic circumstances, and recent productivity studies. However, remote working, when implemented successfully, can bring great value as well. For some people, remote work suits perfectly well, and some people would still prefer working face to face. The important thing is to communicate the big picture; even better if you invite the employees to be part of this process. It creates a "we are here together" kind of culture, and people feel part of the transition. You can read more about remote work in an organisation here: https://www.amplifyre.com/ask-th...

Just choosing a week in a month and going office would be great!
