Revenue. Revenue. Revenue. For finclout.io, I was initially targeting a free service that similar to StackOverflow allows for efficient Q&A, but it attracted not the customer segment that I wanted and that would give useful feedback.

we're focused on retention. Even if growth is slow, but we are retaining users at a high rate, we're moving in the right direction to offer value.

@julia_putzeys care to share on how you maintain that?

@rhea_reanoga Definitely! So far two things have been working well for us: 1. Publishing weekly content across our channels. We write a blog post that's relevant to our audience and publish it on our website, in the app, and across email and social. This day is always our highest traffic day. 2. Utilizing push notifications. We use One Signal to send automated and manual push notifications based on users engagement with the app, and the content we're sending out. This has definitely boosted our retention over time.
