We like to build small prototypes hack together services and give multiple target audiences.
It is amazing how many things people don't even need. 😎

Small prototypes and test for quick iteration, i love it.
I'd like to add, observation & hypothesis as well. Observe how people are using existing products and see where the pain points occurs -> set a hypothesis -> find the minimum effort to test the hypothesis (interview, paper, poll could work as well) -> Synthesize the finding and make next iteration!

@djteknokid Yes, that's a great outline of the process! It's always important to set some hypotheses and criteria for accepting or rejecting. There is a big joy in this! For us, sometimes turns out that the pain points are in the other way.
I've been using No-code tools recently, and I'm enjoying testing ideas by building them out really quickly and seeing what sticks. Ideally, really quickly in my mind is <7 days.
One I've been building recently is to guarantee work for freelancers. The other is to help freelance designers find others who want to make an agency.

@isaiah_trotter no-code is great in that sense yes! Build and test quickly, if there is a clear discovery of the pain it's easy to build up a rocket.
