    What is one decision you made with your project that you made the biggest mistake?

    What is one decision you made with your project that you made the biggest mistake? During development, I used 8 different languages at once. These are the costs of programming, content and support. It was very unpleasant to realize that I was mistaken.

    One of my biggest mistakes was trying to make everything perfect as usual, which led to getting stuck in perfectionism... :(
