What is one thing you wish you knew before starting your job or career?

I'd have liked to know that we are all on the same path of discovery. I often struggled thinking that I was the only one who did not know something or that everyone was 100% sure of what they were doing, and I was the only one who did not.

And the power of coffee! I spent my journalism days without coffee! I still wonder how!! ☕️

@shantanu96 I grew up with the mindset that changing careers was a failure! But living in another country and getting to know different people, I can totally support a career change and tell my family all the reasons to do it!!

Saying "No. I do not wish to take this offer." or... " I don't understand. Could you repeat?" are something you are free to say openly, without beating around the bush
