What is the best Email marketing tool (For Outbound) you have used so far?

We have tried some of the tools available in the market for our Outbound process like Klenty, Outreach, mailShake, Sendy from Amazon SES. But still figuring out a tool that is reliable and has all features that a Marketing/Sales team needs to get leads.
