Hello everyone!
I would love to know which document collaboration tool is most frequently used / loved by the Product Hunt Community :)
Doc-based collaboration is becoming more dominant among startups, so I wanted to know if you use any of the tools listed below!

Notion is great in a lot of ways, but the real-time collab and suggestion features in Google Workspace make it much better for getting into deep collaboration, I think.
Haven't heard of Typed, I'll check it out.

Document360 ( https://document360.com) is yet another user-friendly Document management and collaboration software.
Using tags and comments, you may easily collaborate on document editing with Gdocs (comment history available in a tab in each document).
The ability to designate document owners so that everyone knows who to contact if they need to discuss a document.
Commentary to solicit comments from collaborators
The ability to develop custom templates that everyone can use to ensure uniformity across document kinds.
Integrate with various third-party applications for collaboration and information sharing, such as Slack, Intercom, Freshdesk, and others.
To keep the attention on the content of your documents, use a clean, modern, and minimalist design.
Excellent for arranging documents so that they may be easily retrieved later.
Re:catch
Super interested to learn how you use these tools at your work! Any use cases?

I like the programs that Google offers, as I often use their spreadsheets and other software. They have all the modern features you need and I've seen google workspace reviews where a lot of people comment on that as well. Very often, their programs are a modern and ultimate solution for many companies that do not want to bother with their own software.
Google Docs and Notion
Google Workspace is easy!
Google Workspace has always been the go-to document tool for work. Seems like many younger companies are using Notion!

@jamieknowledge From G Suite to Google Workspace, it seems like many enterprise users use GWS at work! Have you tried using any other tools for personal use?

I love Notion for a lot of things, but Google Workspace has always been the go-to for collaboration in my experience. I feel like it's easier to see what others are doing/have done and work together in real time.
Collabwriting
We use Notion daily, but
we also use our own extension a lot because it help us comment, collaborate and share content we find online.
What’s good about our extension is that it has summarized all the functionalities and is sufficient by itself when it comes to communication in the team.
Check it out and let me know what you think. I’d appreciate it. :)

Coda is a file collaboration tool that minimises interruptions and streamlines the entire document-sharing process.
Coda puts everything in one flexible workspace so that your complete team may contribute without generating chaos, in contrast to Google Docs, Sheets, and comparable apps.
You have building blocks that you may use to expand your collaborative work over time; there is no need to jump between tabs or programmes. You may transform a blank document into an effective organisational tool by using a straightforward (and entertaining) drag-and-drop interface.
FigJam in Figma is awesome for collaborating
For now it is all Google Workspace. But, excited to try out Notion. Haven't tried collab in Notion as none of my team-members are into it.
Its a tie between google and notion but I think Google's more interactive for me
