What is your favourite cold outreach tool stack and why?

I’m running a leadgen and talent acquisition generation agency to book meetings/interviews for our clients through cold emails and Linkedin outreach.
Here’s our favourite tool stack to get at least 80% open rate, on average 40% CTR and 15% replies.
Sales Navigator - For finding leads through Boolean searches
Evaboot - to clean leadlist
Dropcontact - to get emails
Lemlist - For cold emails and Linkedin outreach for multichannel campaigns, domain warm up to make sure the deliverability is high and ensure high open rates
RepliQ - To ensure a high CTR and higher conversion, sending videos that hook the prospects and book more meetings
When building the campaigns we divide the target list in sections like this:
1. A small amount of key targets where we custom make our outreach
2. Several medium batches of 50-100 prospects where we personalize each batch
3. A bigger batch where we personalize it more lightly just addressing the niche
And yes, RepliQ is a tool we created when we saw the need of a new approach to get better results while doing cold outreach. Our launch here on PH is on Monday!

@philipsnyder Thank you for your feedback! :) With RepliQ you can use social media profiles like Linkedin, Instagram profiles in the background etc. not only websites. After the first intro with the personalized background, you can also choose to switch to screenshare and go through results or use cases for other clients you helped.
