Going for a Foucaultian interpretation of the futility and transience of human passion, wrapped in an introspective cloak of ennui and quiet desperation. In other words, dressing up as a middle-aged suburban dad going through a mid-life crisis. The missive of love is the minivan covered in edgy bumper stickers, and the melancholy is palpable.

This year, I'm going a classy spooky scarecrow! Going all out with some DIY touches, like stitching patches on old clothes and making a creepy, straw-filled hat. Excited to see the reactions and hopefully scare a few friends.
