Customer calls 
Feedback survey from newly registered users
Discord community
Public roadmap
G2 reviews

The best ones are simple surveys and customer calls but we have a lot of users so it depends on which stage is your product in. Are you just starting?

It should be used whenever a new feature is introduced, whether it's a little button or a major overhaul, because it allows us to poll users at precisely the right time. Due to our wide user base, the best strategies will change as your product develops. Where did you start?

@pm_optimizer we are trying to collect G2 reviews as well, collecting reviews in G2 helps us know our customer better at the same time we can rank better and collect some fancy badges 😁

We eat our own dog food at Eyelet.io and we use our Eyelet Bots to collect it.

Since we can target specific events to ask questions from our users, we use it on every new feature we release, regardless if it's a simple extra button or a major new component.
