Project scope should be defined and customer feedback to identify the areas of improvement.

I focus on bug counts over time. Fewer bugs mean we're making real progress on quality.
Revenge growth is my ultimate metric. If the product isn't driving sales, something's wrong.
User feedback is my go to. If users are happy and finding value, we're doing something right.
I track velocity and cycle time . It shows how fast we’re moving and helps spot bottlenecks.
