    @shashcoffe It has been already 6 years that we own a web design and development company. During those years, we often got orders to develop platforms that automate the teaching process. So while creating such platforms we noticed that there are many obstacles for creators, teachers, and training centers and there were no right solutions. Another key point was the e-learning market's rapid growth during COVID and that was a perfect time for us to found Uteach. Now everyone can have their professional website in 2 minutes with a lot of tech features in an all-in-one platform: course creation, quizzes with automated checking, certificate generation, live sessions, integrations, and much more. Moreover, we are going to launch Uteach here on PH in January.

    @shushanik_shahbazyan Shushanik, your story is incredible! Thank you for sharing. I'll support you here in January! Can you tell me how you and your team manage your product to develop, improve and grow? And what's the hardest part?

    @shashcoffe Well. We do customer interviews, collect main and general problems, discuss the solutions. After that our UI/UX designer makes the design. We all test it (how it works, is it easy to use or not, etc). Then when we approve the design, it goes to front-end development, after the back end. So, when the new feature is live we start marketing, send notifications etc. The hardest part is to find a solution that will be user-friendly and solve all problems.

    @shushanik_shahbazyan Got it. That makes sense! As far as I can tell, you only conduct one type of user research: customer interviews. And it's the most effective way to find a solution that will be user-friendly and solves all problems. Right? How often and how much do you do customer interviews?

    @sclerek Hi Derek. Can you tell me more details about that problem? I'm not sure I understand the problem.

    @shashcoffe I have asked, and I have been asked, what do you do with an NFT after you buy it. And besides being collectable and showing people on their phones or profiles, I don't have an answer in most cases. My plan is that I'm putting up little animations as NFTs, but when they sell, buyers will also get a customization screen on my website. On the website, the buyers (and their followers?), can create customize versions of the animation they bought. It brings some longevity to the purchase, something interactive to share with a community and it's a branding/marketing opportunity too.
