for me its figma community, there's thousands of design resources that allow me to get quick inspiration and assets to make prototypes. Blows my mind what you get access to completely free.

Not really a hack but something I've been using like crazy since it came out and I am sure it is a huge win for startups. It's Chat GPT

Launching before building. We would launch product pages, functionalities just as a button or emilers announcing the we've launched without building the product feature. This helped us understand who the early adopters were and what %. Talking to thes early adopters helped us design the actual product much better and avoid several iterations
