What’s magic num of your Ai chat products

Starting from the launching of gpt, I have been responsible for 3 LLM products
1. TikTok symphony(creative) assistant
2. one artical summarization tool in China
3. one Ai pdf reader
I did data analysis when I worked on these products and try to find the aha moment of the users. As it happens. I noticed once one user interact with LLM over 3 times (have 3 turns of conversation), whatever this product is, this user’s retention rate would be significantly higher than other users
3 different products are the same on this point!
