What’s one piece of advice you’d give to your younger self starting out?

For me, it would be to embrace failure as part of the process instead of something to avoid. I used to be so focused on doing everything ‘right’ that I’d miss out on learning opportunities. Now I try to see each setback as a chance to grow. I’d love to hear everyone else’s advice—bet there’s some good wisdom here!
