It depends on your needs. For me, the following tools are helpful. 1. Distraction blockers - BlockSite ( https://blocksite.co/ ): BlockSite is great for staying focused. You simply add distracting websites or keywords, and it blocks them while you work. It also lets you set up redirect pages to keep your focus intact. 2. Note-taking apps - Evernote ( https://evernote.com/ ): More than just for notes, Evernote helps you organize tasks, create checklists, and manage daily reflections or research. It offers various templates, a Scratch Pad for quick ideas, and supports PDFs, audio, and images. You can also scan documents and sync tasks with Google Calendar for reminders. 3. Productivity software to enhance Finder's context menu - iBoysoft MagicMenu( https://iboysoft.com/magic-menu/ ): This software significantly enhances Finder's functionality. A simple right-click allows you to create a new file, open the file with selected applications, copy, move, or transfer items, quickly access files or URLs, locate duplicates, compress files, and perform various other tasks. 4. Password Manager - NordPass ( https://nordpass.com/ ) : Managing multiple passwords can be tricky, but NordPass makes it easier. It securely stores your passwords and generates new, strong ones when needed. I’ve been using it without issues, and it has been a great tool for keeping my accounts secure.
