What's something you wish you'd figured out sooner?

Most people bluff their way through things they don't have enough experience with, until they do. I should qualify that by saying that sometimes its just a knowledge gap, and thats fine, but other times theyre literally BS'ing their way into a new avenue they know nothing about. Not judging, but I'm aware of the bullsh hitters much more these days.
