An SEO company sent me a complete list of relevant keywords for our web site plus their current rankings.

This email not only provided value to me, but it also showed that the company had taken the time to research us and our market.

@toni_pm Really boils down to the audience and some guess work. For example, sending early morning to US folks yielded good results. That's what I've found writing a newsletter for them.
