What’s the biggest challenge you’ve faced during a product launch?

@elena_opreag Oh happens, losing motivation is common. This happens due to various reasons. Has happened to me in the past due to various reasons. 1. Didn't align with the product vision still decided to partner up and work on it 2. Fractured processes and teams. A culture of meetings over work 3. Hardly any sales, or adoption in the first 8 months of a product 4. An Unfortunate Financial stress (Kills it completely as I have always been a bootstrapped guy)
