What's the biggest challenge you've faced in developing your MVP, and how did you overcome it?

One of the biggest challenges was actually creating it. I tried by myself, with different freelancers, we've changed several platforms (no/low-code ones, etc.), but then I somehow got my friend into it and we did what I've been trying to do for a couple of years in several months and made a roadmap for future updates.
