Social proof is the most critical thing. How should one go about it?

If you want to collect testimonials, it can be extremely easy. The best way to do this is by asking your customers what they think of your product. Ask them: What are three things you love about our product? What are three things that you hate about our product? Get their feedback and testimonials in writing so you can use them for marketing purposes.

@qudsia_ali thank you. Also, what's the best way/channel you have seen with maximum response rate from users?

Hey Mayank. At this point, getting feedback and testimonials via video is probably as easy as getting it in the text but certainly more valuable. Video captures context and sentiment a million times better than text. Plus, video is future-proof (it is the age of reputation)! The timing of asking for feedback is critical, depending on what you are trying to capture. Internal feedback to improve your product? Public testimonials to generate more leads? For example, we capture 1-minute video testimonials using our tool vialog.io after successful campaigns to publish them on our landing page to warm up leads. To make it easier for our users to create these video testimonials, we ask them a few guiding questions in line with the timing & our goal: + How did you measure the success of using ? + What problems could you address with ? + How did provide value for ? --- I'm curious about what questions others use to collect feedback and testimonials.

The easiest way is not to ask for testimonials, instead ask your client these questions: 1. How do you feel about the product/service after you tried it out? 2. What do you like about the product/service? 3. What do you want to improve in our product/service? It's more natural and will also help you identify your business's strong and pain points. Also, the best form of feedback/testimonial is a video testimonial. You can easily collect, manage, and share it using VidScout. Our app, VidScout, is a video testimonial app we will launch soon. Stay tuned!
