What's the most effective way to gather user feedback without overwhelming your team?

Definitely having an organized intake mechanism. We're using an AI tool to automatically categorize everything. Beyond that, whoever's spearheading product should be reviewing and taking the first pass at meaningfully prioritizing feedback / requests. Then, asking for level of effort for each item or prioritization category, refining based on what makes sense for your timelines and level of impact. Bottom line - organized and simple intake, proactively communicating, and structuring the delivery into feasible milestones.
