Is it functionality, design, or maybe something else?

I look out the immediate functionality and see where the product can be used, then I check the if industry or category is an area am I interested in. Design, aesthetics and simplicity checks comes afterwards.

@culjo When you mention "immediate functionality," could you share what specific features or capabilities catch your attention first?

@nisa_meray when a tool does not give me many steps to get started with a feature/actions e.g screen studio make recording easy to kick start without friction.

I check if it's made by a dum dum so i don't buy it. If it's not made by dummies, then i'll buy it!
