My most significant focus and challenge is staying on top of projects and tasks. There are so many things that can impede what's essential. But last year, I mastered a workflow for using Amazing Marvin, enabling me to stay productive and monitor my progress. The same goes for using the notes app, Mem AI. Mem is my PLM (Personal Language Model.) It does an excellent job using my notes to brainstorm ideas and generate drafts of content.

Calendar is a king. I'm shocked at how long I've been using Google Calendar with Calendly, even though there's a much better way to manage things in the project management tool we have created. I think it comes down to the definition of personal preference. Google Calendar is suitable for meetings/business events, etc - you can't beat it cause almost everyone has it. Worklair is perfect for scheduling work and complex cross-timezone availabilities. The trick is to have an integration smart enough to respect information from work, business, and personal environments. Tasks go next, but it depends on how one uses them. In the work? Absolutely. Otherwise you can call a task an event in a calendar :D Notes: I found it cool when I can store the messages I send to myself.

After trying different ways of planning and organizing the workload, I am happiest with a of tool that merges to-do and calendar as smooth as possible. For some time it was Akiflow, but is now Amie.
