- Drink matcha
- Work when everyone is still sleeping
- Rest when everyone is working
- Repeat

Getting sunshine ASAP after waking up, for at least 10-15 minutes.
Every day I do that I get great sleep that night and wake up more refreshed the next day, and able to be more productive.
