In my experience, using productivity tools can save me plenty of time. For example: - On Windows, I rely heavily on the Windows + V shortcut (https://www.cu.edu/blog/tech-tip...) to bring up the clipboard history. This feature allows me to quickly access the text, links, and images that I previously copied, without having to manually search them. I can also pin frequently used items to the clipboard history to make it even easier to reuse them later without having to copy them again. - On macOS, I use iBoysoft MagicMenu (https://iboysoft.com/magic-menu/), which is a flexible and useful tool that simplifies file management. It allows me to quickly create new files, copy/move files to different locations, copy file paths, compress files, and find duplicated files etc with a right-click. Overall, these productivity tools can save the time I spend on routine tasks, allowing me to focus more on tasks that really matter.

Timeblocking works wonders for me! I dedicate specific time slots for deep work on high-priority tasks. Helps me stay focused and knock out the important stuff early on. Give it a shot if you haven't already - it's a game changer! 💪⏰
