What’s your favorite way to validate?

The beginning of this year, I’ve ventured into 1:1 interviews with users and validating assumptions for new features. Sometimes I use polls or forums like this to find direction. Although slower, I’ve found that 1:1 discussions have given me the most benefit for getting my quantitative answers addressed while getting a qualitative view of what’s happening around those assumptions.
What’s your best research method for validation?

100% agree one on ones give you a level insight that surveys do not. Slower process but great way to go down some rabbit holes with your ICP.

It depends; in the beginning (especially after launching MVP), qualitative is better as it gives better insight into your product market fit.
Once you grow enough, qualitative turns into noise.
This is when quantitative comes in place as you are trying to address as many users as possible. Some will be unhappy and maybe stop using the product, but it is the only way to go.
