    For our last SaaS launch, we focused heavily on building a pre-launch community through a private Slack group. We invited beta testers, shared exclusive updates, and encouraged feedback, which created early buzz and word-of-mouth before the product officially launched.

    We drove SaaS launch buzz with value-packed content, personalized outreach, and community engagement. Webinars and a referral program also helped. Our viral loop attempt fell flat, but organic strategies brought quality users.
