The fact that you don't get K points even after genuine reviewing : ( 
and also sometimes when the author/maker doesn't respond to your query when you're actually interested in it.

I get frustrated when product descriptions are too vague.

@kacy_boone1 so when people see your responses/reviews, k points act like validation, more K points make you sound believable and trust worthy cuz you have to earn them genuinely.
