    I calculate what it costs me to generate the product or service, what it costs to advertise it, and I add a 30% profit margin, if there is an exchange risk as there is in all of Latin America, you have to look for margins of 40% because currencies fluctuate 20% per year very easily and if you do not take that into account, with margins of less than 30% there are times when you can lose money.

    Some context: at Kypso, I have to do some manual steps in order to onboard people. I can spend a few weeks on building the onboarding process -- but I am wondering if a waitlist is enough in order to launch it, even without pricing. What do you think?
